Das Anua Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil löst als erster Schritt mühelos Make-up, Sonnenschutz und Talg, während Heartleaf-Extrakt und Pflanzenöle die Haut beruhigen und mit Feuchtigkeit versorgen. Die leichte Ölformel verwandelt sich bei Wasserkontakt in eine milchige Emulsion und wurde speziell für empfindliche Haut entwickelt.

Der Anua 8 Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Gentle Foaming Cleanser folgt als zweiter Schritt und reinigt die Haut tiefenwirksam, während er intensiv mit Feuchtigkeit versorgt. Er entfernt effektiv Schmutz und überschüssigen Talg, ohne die Haut auszutrocknen. Die Kombination aus 8 Arten von Hyaluronsäure und Panthenol unterstützt die natürliche Hautschutzbarriere und hält die Feuchtigkeitsbalance aufrecht. Die leichte, cremige Schaumtextur reinigt gründlich und hinterlässt die Haut geschmeidig und hydratisiert.

Yes, all products at Kencana are 100% authentic and CPNP-registered. We work as official authorized dealers in partnership with numerous Korean brands. We source our products directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors in Korea. We exclusively guarantee genuine, authentic products.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times within the EU are 1-3 working days.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 500€. Products and brands can be freely combined, starting from just 1 piece per item. Free shipping is available for orders of 1.000€ or more.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We guarantee B2B customers a minimum shelf life of 10 months from the date of invoice.

What payment methods are available?

We offer payment via prepayment, PayPal, or credit card. When paying by prepayment, you will receive a pro forma invoice via email after you place your online order so that you can complete the payment via bank transfer. Once the payment has been received by us, the goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

How much are the shipping costs and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Germany and the EU is free for orders with a minimum order value of €1.000. For orders under €1.000, shipping costs of €50 apply.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days within the EU after receipt of payment.

How often are products reordered?

Yes, Korean cosmetic brands are legally required to refrain from animal testing. Many of our partners have also earned certification from organizations such as PETA or Leaping Bunny.
