How does a B2B order process work?

Kencana is an official wholesale distributor of Korean cosmetic products. Signing up is straightforward: Register as a business customer, order from over 50 K-Beauty brands, and your goods will arrive within just a few business days.
Please note: You must be logged in to view our wholesale prices. These prices are exclusive to business customers and therefore not publicly visible.

1. Registration

Create a free business customer account in our B2B shop. After successful verification, you will receive full access to our product range and B2B prices.

2. Order

Assemble your shopping cart with total flexibility: order a minimum of 1 item per product, with free combination across all brands and products. The minimum order value is 500€.

3. Payment

You can pay via prepayment, PayPal or credit card. Once your payment has been received by us, your order will be processed immediately.

4. Shipping

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times within the EU are 1-3 business days and are free for orders of 1.000€ or more.

Are all products authentic and EU-compliant?

Yes, all products at Kencana are 100% authentic and CPNP-registered. We work as official authorized dealers in partnership with numerous Korean brands. We source our products directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors in Korea. We exclusively guarantee genuine products.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. The delivery time in the EU is 1-3 working days.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 500€. Products and brands can be freely combined, with a minimum of just 1 piece per item. Shipping is free for orders of 1,000€ or more.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We guarantee B2B customers a minimum shelf life of 10 months from the date of invoice.

What payment methods are available?

We offer payment via prepayment, PayPal, or credit card. When paying by prepayment, you will receive a proforma invoice via email after placing your online order so that you can complete the payment via bank transfer. Once the payment has been received by us, the goods will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

What are the shipping costs and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Germany and the EU is free for orders of 1.000 € or more. For orders under 1.000 €, shipping costs of 50 € will apply.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days within the EU upon receipt of payment.

How often are products reordered?

We place weekly orders with several Korean brands. Certain items can be pre-ordered or added to a waiting list. Please contact our customer service at sales@kencana.de for this.

Are the products cruelty-free?

Yes, Korean cosmetic brands are legally required to refrain from animal testing. Many of our partners are additionally certified by organizations such as PETA or Leaping Bunny.

Are there product photos and marketing materials?

Yes, we are happy to provide our customers with product images and marketing materials. Please contact our team for this at sales@kencana.de.

Are there quantity discounts or tiered pricing?

Yes, we offer individual discounts for annual revenue over €50,000. Please contact our customer service at sales@kencana.de to receive a customized offer.

How does the returns process work for damaged goods or complaints?

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please promptly send us photos of the affected products to sales@kencana.de. Our team will review the case and assist you with the next steps.

Please do not dispose of the goods until you have received a response from us.

If damage or loss occurred during transit, the claim must be filed directly with the contracted shipping carrier. We assume no liability for transit damage or loss during shipping.
