Das Ayunche Derma Calming Shampoo ist ein hypoallergenes, feuchtigkeitspendendes Reinigungsshampoo mit professioneller Haarsalonqualität, das die Kopfhautbalance wiederherstellt und die Hautbarriere stärkt. Leidest du unter trockener, schuppiger, ggfs. juckender Kopfhaut und an Haarausfall? Das Shampoo entfernt gründlich abgestorbene Hautzellen und Verunreinigungen, hinterlässt aber Feuchtigkeit, um durch Trockenheit verursachten Juckreiz sowie Schuppenbildung zu lindern. Es enthält eine kraftvolle Formel mit leistungsstarkem Centella Asiatica Inhaltsstoff Chamossoside, die Talg und Verunreinigungen mit dem lipophilen Teil entfernt und mit dem hydrophilen Teil Feuchtigkeit spendet, um ein feuchtes Finish zu erzielen. Im Ergebnis ist die Kopfhaut sauber und beruhigt und die Kopfhautbarriere gestärkt gegen äußere Einflusse. Das Shampoo mit zartem, fein strukturierten Schaum hat einen Duft von Blumen und Kräutern.

Yes, all products at Kencana are 100% authentic and CPNP-registered. We work as official authorized dealers in partnership with numerous Korean brands. We source our products directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors in Korea. We exclusively guarantee genuine, authentic products.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times within the EU are 1-3 working days.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 500€. Products and brands can be freely combined, starting from just 1 piece per item. Free shipping is available for orders of 1.000€ or more.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We guarantee B2B customers a minimum shelf life of 10 months from the date of invoice.

What payment methods are available?

We offer payment via prepayment, PayPal, or credit card. When paying by prepayment, you will receive a pro forma invoice via email after you place your online order so that you can complete the payment via bank transfer. Once the payment has been received by us, the goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

How much are the shipping costs and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Germany and the EU is free for orders with a minimum order value of €1.000. For orders under €1.000, shipping costs of €50 apply.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days within the EU after receipt of payment.

How often are products reordered?

We place weekly restock orders with multiple Korean brands. Certain items can be pre-ordered or added to a waitlist. Please contact our customer service for this at sales@kencana.de.

Yes, Korean cosmetic brands are legally required to refrain from animal testing. Many of our partners have also earned certification from organizations such as PETA or Leaping Bunny.

Yes, we offer individual discounts for annual sales over 50.000€. Please contact our customer service at sales@kencana.de to receive a tailored quote.

How does the returns process work for damaged goods or complaints?

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please promptly send photos of the affected products to sales@kencana.de. Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps.

Please do not dispose of the goods before you receive a response from us.

If damage or loss occurs during transit, the claim must be filed directly with the contracted shipping service provider. We assume no liability for transit damage or loss during shipping.
