Dieser leichte, geruchloser Toner versorgt die Haut den ganzen Tag mit Feuchtigkeit. Er ist ist extra dafür entwickelt worden, die Haut zu exfolieren und sie dennoch ausreichend mit Feuchtigkeit zu versorgen. Zudem besitzt dieser Toner einen Anti-Aging Effekt und stärkt die Hautbarriere. SKIN1004 verwendet ausschließlich Centella Asiatica, die auf der Insel Madagascar wächst, da sie dort die idealen Wachstumsbedingungen findet, um ihre pflegenden und schützenden Eigenschaften optimal zu entfalten.

Kerninhaltsstoffe

Alpha-Hydroxysäure (AHA) wirkt peelend, feuchtigkeitsspendend und stärkt die Hautstruktur. Raue und unebene Haut wird geglättet.

Lipohydroxysäure (LHA)ist ein Derivat der Salicylsäure und entfernt abgestorbene Hautzellen sanft, löst Unreinheiten aus den Poren und stimuliert die Zellerneuerung.

Hyalu-Cica Formula (Hyaluronsäure + Centella Asiatica):

  • Hyaluronsäure wirkt gegen Falten. In der Haut wirkt sie wie ein Wasserspeicher und sorgt für Elastizität und Spannkraft.
  • Centella Asiatica Extract ist hautberuhigend, besitzt eine antioxidative und regenerierende Wirkung, verbessert das Hautbild, strafft die Haut und verringert feine Linien durch die Förderung der Kollagenbildung.

Yes, all products at Kencana are 100% authentic and CPNP-registered. We work as official authorized dealers in partnership with numerous Korean brands. We source our products directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors in Korea. We exclusively guarantee genuine, authentic products.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times within the EU are 1-3 working days.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 500€. Products and brands can be freely combined, starting from just 1 piece per item. Free shipping is available for orders of 1.000€ or more.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We guarantee B2B customers a minimum shelf life of 10 months from the date of invoice.

What payment methods are available?

We offer payment via prepayment, PayPal, or credit card. When paying by prepayment, you will receive a pro forma invoice via email after you place your online order so that you can complete the payment via bank transfer. Once the payment has been received by us, the goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

How much are the shipping costs and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Germany and the EU is free for orders with a minimum order value of €1.000. For orders under €1.000, shipping costs of €50 apply.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days within the EU after receipt of payment.

How often are products reordered?

We place weekly restock orders with multiple Korean brands. Certain items can be pre-ordered or added to a waitlist. Please contact our customer service for this at sales@kencana.de.

Are the products cruelty-free?

Yes, Korean cosmetic brands are legally required to refrain from animal testing. Many of our partners have also earned certification from organizations such as PETA or Leaping Bunny.

Are there quantity discounts or tiered pricing?

Yes, we offer individual discounts for annual sales over 50.000€. Please contact our customer service at sales@kencana.de to receive a tailored quote.

How does the returns process work for damaged goods or complaints?

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please promptly send photos of the affected products to sales@kencana.de. Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps.

Please do not dispose of the goods before you receive a response from us.

If damage or loss occurs during transit, the claim must be filed directly with the contracted shipping service provider. We assume no liability for transit damage or loss during shipping.
