Die Cosrx Propolis Light Cream lädt die Vitalität deiner Haut auf mit einer 66%igen Konzentration von Extrakten aus Honig, Gelée Royale und Propolisexktraten. Propolisextrakt der schwarzen Biene ist eine antiseptische Flüssigkeit, die zur Verteidigung ihrer Bienenstöcke gegen schädliche Bakterien und Viren produziert wird. Die Warben ihrer Larven werden mit diesem Speichelsekret verschlossen, um diese vor äußere schädliche Einflüsse zu schützen. Die Cosrx Propolis Light Cream ist also vollgepackt mit antibakteriellen und entzündungshemmenden Extrakten, um dabei zu helfen gestresste Haut zu reparieren, Rötungen zu lindern und deinen Teint auszugleichen. Die Creme hat eine erfrischende, gelartige Textur, die schnell in die Haut einzieht und ein kühlendes Wohlgefühl hinterlässt. Mit weniger als 11 Inhaltsstoffen bleibt Cosrx mit dieser Creme mehr als treu und hat es geschafft eine gelartige Creme für alle Hauttypen zu kreieren. Das Finish der ist sehr Propolis Light Cream ist eine frische, hydratisierte, glatte aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt klebrige Haut.  Hypoallergen-geprüft.

Yes, all products at Kencana are 100% authentic and CPNP-registered. We work as official authorized dealers in partnership with numerous Korean brands. We source our products directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors in Korea. We exclusively guarantee genuine, authentic products.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times within the EU are 1-3 working days.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 500€. Products and brands can be freely combined, starting from just 1 piece per item. Free shipping is available for orders of 1.000€ or more.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We guarantee B2B customers a minimum shelf life of 10 months from the date of invoice.

What payment methods are available?

We offer payment via prepayment, PayPal, or credit card. When paying by prepayment, you will receive a pro forma invoice via email after you place your online order so that you can complete the payment via bank transfer. Once the payment has been received by us, the goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

How much are the shipping costs and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Germany and the EU is free for orders with a minimum order value of €1.000. For orders under €1.000, shipping costs of €50 apply.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days within the EU after receipt of payment.

How often are products reordered?

We place weekly restock orders with multiple Korean brands. Certain items can be pre-ordered or added to a waitlist. Please contact our customer service for this at sales@kencana.de.

Are the products cruelty-free?

Yes, Korean cosmetic brands are legally required to refrain from animal testing. Many of our partners have also earned certification from organizations such as PETA or Leaping Bunny.

Are there product photos and marketing materials?

Yes, we are happy to provide our customers with product images and marketing materials. Please contact our team at sales@kencana.de for this.

Are there quantity discounts or tiered pricing?

Yes, we offer individual discounts for annual sales over 50.000€. Please contact our customer service at sales@kencana.de to receive a tailored quote.

How does the returns process work for damaged goods or complaints?

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please promptly send photos of the affected products to sales@kencana.de. Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps.

Please do not dispose of the goods before you receive a response from us.

If damage or loss occurs during transit, the claim must be filed directly with the contracted shipping service provider. We assume no liability for transit damage or loss during shipping.
