Aktive Inhaltsstoffe:
• Keratin ist ein natürliches Protein aus Aminosäuren, welches die Haare mit Feuchtigkeit versorgt, sie stärkt, griffiger, geschmeidiger, weicher und elastischer macht und seidig glänzen lässt, verleiht dem Haar Volumen.
• Arginine/ Arginin ist eine essentielle Aminosäure, die unerlässlich für eine vitale Haarstruktur ist. Arginin bildet als natürlicher Proteinbaustein das Fundament des Haares und zum anderen fördert er als wichtiger Energielieferant Wachstumsvorgänge und Regenerationsprozesse.
• Maltitol/ Maltit (Zuckeraustauschstoff), wirkt feuchtigkeitsspendend auf Haut und Haare und hält sie in einem guten Zustand, erhöht den Wassergehalt der Haut.
• Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract (Rosmarin Extrakt) fördert den Hautstoffwechsel, wirkt durchblutungsfördernd. In Shampoos wirkt Rosmarin erfrischend für die Kopfhaut.
• Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme) Extract (Thymianextrakt) wirkt durchblutungsfördernd, antimikrobiell und entzündungshemmend. Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times within the EU are 1-3 working days.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is 500€. Products and brands can be freely combined, starting from just 1 piece per item. Free shipping is available for orders of 1.000€ or more.
What is the shelf life of the products?
We guarantee B2B customers a minimum shelf life of 10 months from the date of invoice.
What payment methods are available?
We offer payment via prepayment, PayPal, or credit card. When paying by prepayment, you will receive a pro forma invoice via email after you place your online order so that you can complete the payment via bank transfer. Once the payment has been received by us, the goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
How much are the shipping costs and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping within Germany and the EU is free for orders with a minimum order value of €1.000. For orders under €1.000, shipping costs of €50 apply.
Delivery time is 1-3 working days within the EU after receipt of payment.
How often are products reordered?
We place weekly restock orders with multiple Korean brands. Certain items can be pre-ordered or added to a waitlist. Please contact our customer service for this at sales@kencana.de.

Yes, Korean cosmetic brands are legally required to refrain from animal testing. Many of our partners have also earned certification from organizations such as PETA or Leaping Bunny.

How does the returns process work for damaged goods or complaints?
If you receive damaged or defective goods, please promptly send photos of the affected products to sales@kencana.de. Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps.
