Das Keratin Protein Haircare Starter Kit ist der ideale Einstieg in intensive Protein-Pflege für stark geschädigtes Haar mit reisgroßen Lador-Produkten im praktischen Travel-Format. Die 4-Schritte-Routine repariert tief, nährt und schützt: Shampoo zur Reinigung, Ampoule als Filler, Treatment für Feuchtigkeit und Leave-In als Finish.

Das Keratin LPP Shampoo (50 ml) reinigt mild bei pH 6 und versorgt extrem geschädigtes Haar mit LLP-Proteinen sowie Ölen wie Jojoba, Avocado und Argan. Es dringt tief ein, stärkt die Struktur, verhindert Bruch und verleiht Glanz sowie leichte Kämmbarkeit.

Das Perfect Hair Fill-Up (4 x 13ml) ist eine Ampoule-Kur, die Lücken in beschädigtem Haar füllt und mit konzentrierten Proteinen repariert. Die Portionen eignen sich für gezielte Anwendungen, glätten und vitalisieren die Haarfaser.

Das Hydro LPP Treatment (50 ml) bietet als 3-in-1-Protein-Treatment bei pH 5.5 intensive Feuchtigkeit und Reparatur für beanspruchtes Haar. Es pflegt innen und außen, reduziert Frizz und sorgt für seidige Elastizität – mit oder ohne Ausspülen.

Der Keratin Power Glue Leave-In Hair Pack (4x15g) ist eine no-rinse Essence mit Keratin, Kollagen und Schneckenschleim, die Frizz bändigt, Spitzen versiegelt und Hitze schützt. Die Jelly-Textur zieht ein, glänzt und macht Haar weich sowie geschmeidig.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times within the EU are 1-3 working days.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 500€. Products and brands can be freely combined, starting from just 1 piece per item. Free shipping is available for orders of 1.000€ or more.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We guarantee B2B customers a minimum shelf life of 10 months from the date of invoice.

What payment methods are available?

We offer payment via prepayment, PayPal, or credit card. When paying by prepayment, you will receive a pro forma invoice via email after you place your online order so that you can complete the payment via bank transfer. Once the payment has been received by us, the goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

How much are the shipping costs and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Germany and the EU is free for orders with a minimum order value of €1.000. For orders under €1.000, shipping costs of €50 apply.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days within the EU after receipt of payment.

How often are products reordered?

We place weekly restock orders with multiple Korean brands. Certain items can be pre-ordered or added to a waitlist. Please contact our customer service for this at sales@kencana.de.

Yes, Korean cosmetic brands are legally required to refrain from animal testing. Many of our partners have also earned certification from organizations such as PETA or Leaping Bunny.

How does the returns process work for damaged goods or complaints?

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please promptly send photos of the affected products to sales@kencana.de. Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps.

If damage or loss occurs during transit, the claim must be filed directly with the contracted shipping service provider. We assume no liability for transit damage or loss during shipping.
