Das LADOR Volumising Curl Shampoo ist ein volumengebendes Shampoo, das mit einer kraftvollen Mischung aus reinigenden und pflegenden Inhaltsstoffen entwickelt wurde, um Locken zu definieren, Fülle zu verleihen und das Haar geschmeidig zu machen. Die Formulierung sorgt dafür, dass dein Haar gründlich gereinigt wird, während es zugleich gepflegt bleibt und sein natürliches Volumen besser halten kann.

Im Mittelpunkt stehen sanfte, aber effektive Tenside, die Ablagerungen entfernen, ohne das Haar auszutrocknen. Pflanzenextrakte wie der Wiesenknopf-Wurzelextrakt (Anemarrhena Asphodeloides Root Extract) unterstützen die Haarstruktur und schenken ein leichteres Haargefühl. Panthenol und Betain sorgen für zusätzliche Geschmeidigkeit und schenken dem Haar Feuchtigkeit, während Niacinamid das Haar sichtbar glatter erscheinen lässt. Oligopeptide und Polypeptide umhüllen die Haarfasern und machen die Locken definierter, Biotin stärkt das Haargefühl und verbessert die Gesamttextur. Yes, all products at Kencana are 100% authentic and CPNP-registered. We work as official authorized dealers in partnership with numerous Korean brands. We source our products directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors in Korea. We exclusively guarantee genuine, authentic products.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times within the EU are 1-3 working days.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 500€. Products and brands can be freely combined, starting from just 1 piece per item. Free shipping is available for orders of 1.000€ or more.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We guarantee B2B customers a minimum shelf life of 10 months from the date of invoice.

What payment methods are available?

We offer payment via prepayment, PayPal, or credit card. When paying by prepayment, you will receive a pro forma invoice via email after you place your online order so that you can complete the payment via bank transfer. Once the payment has been received by us, the goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

How much are the shipping costs and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Germany and the EU is free for orders with a minimum order value of €1.000. For orders under €1.000, shipping costs of €50 apply.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days within the EU after receipt of payment.

How often are products reordered?

We place weekly restock orders with multiple Korean brands. Certain items can be pre-ordered or added to a waitlist. Please contact our customer service for this at sales@kencana.de.

Are the products cruelty-free?

Yes, Korean cosmetic brands are legally required to refrain from animal testing. Many of our partners have also earned certification from organizations such as PETA or Leaping Bunny.

How does the returns process work for damaged goods or complaints?

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please promptly send photos of the affected products to sales@kencana.de. Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps.

If damage or loss occurs during transit, the claim must be filed directly with the contracted shipping service provider. We assume no liability for transit damage or loss during shipping.
