Der Cosrx AHA BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner ist mit AHA, BHA und reinigenden botanischen Inhaltsstoffen formuliert, wodurch er beruhigend, erfrischend und klärend wirkt. Die Haut wird weicher und ebenmäßiger. Der Cosrx AHA BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner hält den optimalen pH-Wert der Haut aufrecht bzw. im Gleichgewicht. Der natürliche ideale pH Wert der Haut liegt bei 5,5. Mit der weichen und hautneutralen Formel wirkt der Toner erfrischend und feuchtigkeitsspendend während er bei der Bildung von Milien und Mitessern vorbeugt.

In der Formulierung des Cosrx AHA BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner wird mineralienhaltiges Wasser (im Gegensatz zu gereinigtem Wasser) verwendet, um die Haut zu vitalisieren. Das natürliche AHA sorgt für ein ebenmäßiges Hautbild im Bezug auf die Hautfarbe und das natürliche BHA für eine Glättung der Haut. Der Toner ist für alle Hauttypen geeignet ; auch für empfindliche Hauttypen. Es handelt sich bei diesem einzigartigem Produkt um eine Kombination aus Toner und Exfoliator.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times within the EU are 1-3 working days.
What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 500€. Products and brands can be freely combined, starting from just 1 piece per item. Free shipping is available for orders of 1.000€ or more.
What is the shelf life of the products?

We guarantee B2B customers a minimum shelf life of 10 months from the date of invoice.
What payment methods are available?

We offer payment via prepayment, PayPal, or credit card. When paying by prepayment, you will receive a pro forma invoice via email after you place your online order so that you can complete the payment via bank transfer. Once the payment has been received by us, the goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
How much are the shipping costs and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Germany and the EU is free for orders with a minimum order value of €1.000. For orders under €1.000, shipping costs of €50 apply.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days within the EU after receipt of payment.
How often are products reordered?

We place weekly restock orders with multiple Korean brands. Certain items can be pre-ordered or added to a waitlist. Please contact our customer service for this at sales@kencana.de.

Yes, Korean cosmetic brands are legally required to refrain from animal testing. Many of our partners have also earned certification from organizations such as PETA or Leaping Bunny.

How does the returns process work for damaged goods or complaints?

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please promptly send photos of the affected products to sales@kencana.de. Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps.
