Der Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Low-pH Cleansing Foam ist ein sanfter Reinigungsschaum, der die Haut effektiv reinigt, ohne sie auszutrocknen. Angereichert mit 8 Arten von Hyaluronsäure spendet er intensive Feuchtigkeit und sorgt für eine glatte, geschmeidige Haut

Die spezielle Formel enthält einen Aminosäurekomplex, der die natürliche Schutzbarriere der Haut stärkt und gleichzeitig regenerierend sowie vorbeugend gegen Anzeichen von Hautalterung wirkt. Ergänzend dazu unterstützen Beta-Glucan und Panthenol die feuchtigkeitsspendende Wirkung, wirken beruhigend und lindern Hautreizungen.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Extrakt aus Centella Asiatica, der für seine stark beruhigenden und regenerierenden Eigenschaften bekannt ist. Dieser Gesichtsreiniger eignet sich ideal für die tägliche Hautpflege aller Hauttypen, einschließlich trockener und empfindlicher Haut.

Yes, all products at Kencana are 100% authentic and CPNP-registered. We work as official authorized dealers in partnership with numerous Korean brands. We source our products directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors in Korea. We exclusively guarantee genuine, authentic products.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times within the EU are 1-3 working days.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 500€. Products and brands can be freely combined, starting from just 1 piece per item. Free shipping is available for orders of 1.000€ or more.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We guarantee B2B customers a minimum shelf life of 10 months from the date of invoice.

What payment methods are available?

We offer payment via prepayment, PayPal, or credit card. When paying by prepayment, you will receive a pro forma invoice via email after you place your online order so that you can complete the payment via bank transfer. Once the payment has been received by us, the goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

How much are the shipping costs and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Germany and the EU is free for orders with a minimum order value of €1.000. For orders under €1.000, shipping costs of €50 apply.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days within the EU after receipt of payment.

How often are products reordered?

We place weekly restock orders with multiple Korean brands. Certain items can be pre-ordered or added to a waitlist. Please contact our customer service for this at sales@kencana.de.

Yes, Korean cosmetic brands are legally required to refrain from animal testing. Many of our partners have also earned certification from organizations such as PETA or Leaping Bunny.

How does the returns process work for damaged goods or complaints?
