Eine leicht saure und angenehm duftende Apfelnote. Warum Essig im Shampoo? In Deutschland haben wir sehr kalkhaltiges und mineralhaltiges Wasser. Das Wasser außerhalb von Europa ist weicher und beinhaltet weniger Mineralien. Das Produkt erbringt eine Tiefenreinigung zur Entfernung von Kopfhautgeruch und Schuppen. Zusätzlich schafft dieses Shampoo es, das harte Wasser in Deutschland auszugleichen, sodass sich das Haar weniger beschwert anfühlt.

Aktive Inhaltsstoffe

Apfelextrakt und Essig: Dank der antifungalen Wirkung helfen diese Inhaltsstoffe bei fettiger Kopfhaut und Schuppen, die oftmals durch einen Hefepilz ausgelöst werden.

Olivenöl: Olivenöl hilft gegen sprödes Haar und Spliss und sorgt für neuen Glanz.

Avocado Öl: hilft dabei, sprödes Haar zu pflegen und geschmeidig zu machen. Die Haare werden gegen Umwelteinflüsse gestärkt und glänzen nach der Anwendung.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times within the EU are 1-3 working days.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 500€. Products and brands can be freely combined, starting from just 1 piece per item. Free shipping is available for orders of 1.000€ or more.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We guarantee B2B customers a minimum shelf life of 10 months from the date of invoice.

What payment methods are available?

We offer payment via prepayment, PayPal, or credit card. When paying by prepayment, you will receive a pro forma invoice via email after you place your online order so that you can complete the payment via bank transfer. Once the payment has been received by us, the goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

How much are the shipping costs and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Germany and the EU is free for orders with a minimum order value of €1.000. For orders under €1.000, shipping costs of €50 apply.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days within the EU after receipt of payment.

How often are products reordered?

We place weekly restock orders with multiple Korean brands. Certain items can be pre-ordered or added to a waitlist. Please contact our customer service for this at sales@kencana.de.

Yes, Korean cosmetic brands are legally required to refrain from animal testing. Many of our partners have also earned certification from organizations such as PETA or Leaping Bunny.

How does the returns process work for damaged goods or complaints?

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please promptly send photos of the affected products to sales@kencana.de. Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps.
